I am a hands-on AI and business technology professional based in Surrey, British Columbia. My experience combines self-hosted AI, conversational assistants, workflow automation, Linux and Windows infrastructure, cybersecurity-minded administration, web systems, and customer-facing operations.
My AI expertise was developed through self-directed study, on-the-job training, experimentation, implementation, and real-world project delivery rather than a formal AI degree. I focus on practical systems that can be tested, documented, secured, maintained, and improved.
My management and hospitality experience gives me a grounded understanding of staffing, training, scheduling, payroll support, POS systems, inventory, customer service, and daily operations. That helps me translate technology into workflows people can actually use.
